We want to be fully transparent with you about a change to our practice’s WhatsApp contact number, and we apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

What happened:
Our previous WhatsApp number (076 160 5041) was on a Vodacom contract that we converted to pay-as-you-go some time ago. We were not aware that Vodacom’s policy requires active usage (calls or SMS) within 110 days on a prepaid account, failing which the number is deactivated and reassigned to a new customer. Unfortunately, this is what happened — the number is no longer ours.

What this means for you:
Any messages sent to 076 160 5041 early after 17:05 on 12-03-2025 were not received by our practice. We sincerely apologise if you tried to reach us and received no response.

Please delete the old number (076 160 5041) from your contacts and save the new one.
